Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He got into the Doctor business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Recently the stress of being a Doctor has made it difficult for him to sleep.
