History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees.
