Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Peter was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Trym has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and his religion dominates his actions
