A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He got into the Cartwright business at a young age. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Cartwright for the past few years.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Cartwright and was forced into it by his family; and sabotage a competitor

Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Reynard is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His first spouse was a Baker, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
