Personality: Lance is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lance grew up listening to his mother's many stories. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress), and is pretty ugly. He wears his brown hair down. His brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: Aldous hails from a village terrorized by drow. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Aldous was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he wants revenge against drow

Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: He got into the Merchant business at a young age. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: He wears skinny pants and wears a grey and tan robe with the hood down. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His red hair and beard is wavy and long. His amber eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Drogo took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up mace and armor he uses now. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Sage.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His golden hair is unkempt and raggedy. His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Ernest was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and many illithids want him driven away
