History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hunter grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

The war was a terrible time for him, and Ernest does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. His blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Norman fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Locksmith who has hired him part-time. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Born in the west to a Locksmith, Simon learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He struck the Locksmith job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Wants a kiss; and sabotage a competitor

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
