History: The child of a Miller, who enjoyed hunting, Trym was taken on many hunting expeditions. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Engraver for hire.

Aldous's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
