History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Navigator. He has achieved small success as a Navigator.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Manfred was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He struck the Painter job and began his own company from there.
