History: Lance was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fletcher they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Detective, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: Gunter is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He got into the Sailor business at a young age. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Gunter alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

History: He is a Metallic Dragon in disguise. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and wants to work out more often
