Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off his debts

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His first spouse was a Body Guard, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
