Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born into a rich family. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Crown-heir they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Fortune-teller, and he later adopted a second daughter.
