History: Richard lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Gerard was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
