He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bowyer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Soapmaker, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: Dustin is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His childhood dream was to be a Fletcher, but he was a colossal failure. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
