Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. The war was a terrible time for him, and Manfred does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Shoemaker father left him crippled. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Manfred alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He got into the Masseuse business at a young age. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 6 years.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and to be a crown-heir again

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He is a great chef.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
