Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gerald embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bellfounder responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.
