History: He was born in a small forest village. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Stableman work with an outfit from a few towns over. Stableman work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has achieved small success as a Stableman.

History: Godfrey was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He has shaved his head bald. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Clerebold embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. A true patriot, Clerebold would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He bought a quarterstaff and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a flail on his belt. He has dyed his greying silver hair a little too much giving a sharp silver color. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Butcher. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A gifted student he started as a Detective, but he got bored and became a Bounty Hunter. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
