He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

History: Gifted from a young age, Gilbert studied abroad. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature falchion.
