Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. Everard is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mayor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Beggar, and he later adopted a second daughter.

His hair is long and blonde with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. Shane enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Gifted from a young age, Shane studied abroad. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He found a children's book about a Human Expert who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
