Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His auburn hair is smooth and relatively long. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: Lance was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His parents enrolled him in a Druid school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and to clean up the streets

Description: He very much looks the part of a Merchant. His feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. A gifted student he started as a Performer, but he got bored and became a Merchant. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Merchant for hire.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and sabotage a competitor

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears pastel painted combat armor at almost all times. He keeps his long brown hair kept up in a rat tail. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Adam's homeland. Adam decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and revenge

Description: An older man who wears a grey costume with the symbols of strength on his torso, he is not a threatening figure. He keeps his long red hair kept up in a rat tail. He has a dull look in his gray eyes.
Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Bricklayer who has hired him part-time. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Expand his business.

Description: This dark-skinned male wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with deerstalker hat. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. With bright red hair and a scraggly beard. His eyes are a pleasant green.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: Tim was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Tim was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and to reunite with his absent mother
