Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Patrick was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. After coming to the age of reason, Patrick took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
