Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears tattered old clothes. His tied-back hair is red. He has blue eyes and a violet hat with a brown feather.
Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and revenge

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. Now he works as a writing tutor during his time off.
Motivation: Many giants want him driven away; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears a blue collared shirt and red pants. He accessorizes with a black scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His blonde hair is thinning but still full. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Adelard was born the youngest of three triplets. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Interpreter they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Fortune-teller, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: Human compassion.

His hair is chestnut and curly. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.
Personality: Gerald is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: Born in the south to a Navigator, Arnold learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He tends to his Navigator job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
