Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears pastel robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a pickaxe, but if one is not available he will default to his ceremonial dagger. He has moderate length brown hair. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Roland is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: He was born in the north. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Sage for the past few years.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Born to a Stylist, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has worked as a Miller like his mother before him.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
