When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Tim was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Merchant arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Merchant.

He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
