Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears an entirely white suit with tan socks and a vest with buckled shoes. With bright black hair and a scraggly beard. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents enrolled him in a Commoner school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. After a long history of fighting, Heward and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and regain custody of his daughter

Description: This tall, slender man wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His auburn hair is lengthy. His eyes are green and beady.

Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Weaver. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Weaver business.

History: He got into the Weaver business at a young age. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Weaver. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new weaver responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. At a young age his mother died while driving off some gnolls. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in scimitar use. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His silver hair is matted, messy, and big. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a great chef.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, John was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.
