History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Sage father left him crippled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

History: Jocelyn was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A gifted student he started as a Navigator, but he got bored and became a Butcher. He tends to his Butcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is unsatisfied with his job
