History: Born in the north to a Mason, Diggory learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mason work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mason work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Don was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He's also a talented Performer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Conrad hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. A freak accident while working with his Sailor father left him crippled. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Conrad was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.
