Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Gunter took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up sai and armor he uses now. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: He is a husky man, who is typically in his Fletcher uniform. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Lance was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has worked as a Fletcher like his mother before him.
