Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep black leather and dull green iron scale mail. His silver hair is thinning but still full. He is baby faced.
Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Ernest was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Aristocrat, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Aristocrat in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he is wearing a tight black one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. He wears a colorful flower in his chestnut hair. His amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Architect. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Norman was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Architect. He tends to his Architect job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Description: He has a missing left arm. He wears suspenders and pastel workpants. His shirt is white, and he wears a heavy pastel leather apron most of the time. He has styled his chestnut hair well, parting it to the left. His eyes are green and catlike.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When Norman reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion
