History: Born to a Interpreter, his father struggled to pay the bills. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lance fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
