History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Dean was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: He was born in a small plains village. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
