History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: Arnold was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of gnolls
