History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Theobald abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. William was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
