History: The child of a Mason, who enjoyed hunting, Lance was taken on many hunting expeditions. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Dyer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dyer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Dyer for the past few years.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His childhood dream was to be a Engraver, but he was a colossal failure. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
