His blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Charles was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A freak accident while working with his Stylist father left him crippled. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Miles's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
