Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Miles lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To unite with his sister.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He wears a blue coat over a white low-cut shirt, and a feathered hat upon his head, marred by sweets. He has a blonde handlebar mustache and slicked back blonde hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the east. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Fletcher. After a long history of fighting, Justin and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
