History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He became a Ruler soon after.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
