History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Server for the past few years.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears grey painted combat armor at almost all times. His hair is silver and very short. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Anselm was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Anselm alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Frederick was born the youngest of three triplets. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Gomory was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has never given up on his singing dream.
