Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Lewis's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Lewis lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Butcher. He became a Butcher soon after.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born in the north to a Guard, Charles learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has worked as a Guard like his mother before him.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
