Randal's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

History: Raymond hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Raymond was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.
