History: Theobald hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Theobald alone in the world. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Knight hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He struck the Knight job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Soapmaker responsibilities is difficult; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
