History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Blacksmith. The war was a terrible time for him, and Rolf does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Unemployed arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Sellsword. Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Gifted from a young age, Gunter studied abroad. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Soapmaker. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
