History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His childhood dream was to be a Dilettante, but he was a colossal failure. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: Miles was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor.
