Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Cory was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Richard was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fortune-teller responsibilities is difficult; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs
