In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Raymond alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born into a rich family. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bowyer responsibilities is difficult; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He carries with him a set of morningstars on his belt, each one with a opal on the hilt. His blonde hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Shoemaker born in the past three hundred years. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has achieved small success as a Shoemaker.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Reynard embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Reynard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Through the years after Reynard was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Reynard's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and wants to raise his children well

History: He was born in the west. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
