During his travels, Diggory and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Diggory discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Diggory fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Randal enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with wide-brimmed hat. He keeps his auburn hair in a pixie cut. His amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Born in the west to a Performer, Manfred learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Performer. He has achieved small success as a Performer.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he is content

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Norman embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Norman fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he's looking for his big break
