Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Crown-heir. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.
