Richard Langley, Male Human [Permalink]

Personal [hide]

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His red hair is knotted and matted. His hazel eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Sage work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sage work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

Flaws: Shy. Bonds: Family, Rich, Job. Occupation: Sage

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Adventurer. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and money/treasure

Thomas Marlowe, Male Human [Permalink]

Personal [hide]

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears suspenders and black workpants. His shirt is grey, and he wears a heavy black leather apron most of the time. His moppish chestnut hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. Thomas is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and an old rival family wants him found
