History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: He was born in the north. Miles was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Bookbinder. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bricklayer for hire.
