He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He got into the Carpenter business at a young age. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carpenter for hire.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

History: Dean was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Tanner.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Tanner responsibilities is difficult.
