Description: This malnourished man wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized white coat. His red hair is heavily combed to the right. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Ernest is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He takes great joy in being the best Navigator in town.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Navigator. He's also a talented Fletcher, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To be a Fletcher again; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Balimaar was born with his mother's beautiful face. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Map Maker. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and to settle down with his crush

Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of magic around his neck, and a longbow on his belt, and carries longbows. With a patchy red beard and wild red hair. His eyes are violet and catlike.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Gomory isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and retire the richest man in the west

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he is greedy
